Notes on Bradley Manning’s motion hearing, June 8

By Nathan Fuller. June 8, 2012. On the final, brief day of this motion hearing for Bradley Manning in Ft. Meade, Judge Denise Lind largely ruled against the defense’s motions to dismiss specifications of charges against Bradley. Given extensive delays in the prosecution’s handling of discovery material, the court martial trial will now be pushed back until November or January.
