March 29, 2012. By the Bradley Manning Support Network. David House, Support Network co-founder, is suing the U.S. for unlawfully seizing and searching his laptop and other electronic equipment. A federal judge has just ruled that House has standing on claims of First and Fourth Amendment violations, rejecting the U.S. motion to dismiss.
