Update 01/22/14: Manning should be set free immediately, but parole could happen by 2020

Looking beyond the immediate clemency appeal, there is no reason Chelsea will not be set free in 2020 when she first becomes eligible for parole. Chelsea has sent a letter with the exact rules and conditions parole will entail.
