Support the DC Metro ads for Bradley! Deadline: 4/20
Updated April 5, 2012. Bradley Manning Support Network
Help us put up twenty-one “Bradley Manning: Whistle-blower” ads throughout the DC Metro subway system to coincide with Bradley’s next hearing at Fort Meade, Maryland, beginning April 24. Each ad is 46″H x 60″W. To make this happen, we need $14,800 in pledges by April 20 via our EpicStep.com campaign.
You may also support this effort without signing up with EpicStep by donating here.
Here is the (expected) final design:
Earlier this year, the Bradley Manning Support Network unveiled a billboard calling for the release of Bradley Manning in Washington D.C. so as to display broad public support and to catch the eye of military decision-makers passing by.
Now that Bradley’s trial is officially moving forward with pre-trial hearings, we launched this new ad campaign in the DC Metro (subway) to continue building support for the Nobel Peace Prize nominee.
Fort Meade, Maryland, is only 30 miles northeast of DC. Many government employees use the DC Metro every day — these ads will grab their attention, letting them know that the public supports Bradley.
